Through the implementation of this project, we succeeded in offering to the participating students the acquisition of knowledge and skills in entrepreneurship in the fashion industry and the new technologies it uses, the strengthening of social skills such as communication and cooperation, the encouragement to complete their studies, For our teachers, we succeeded in training them as effective counselors-teachers and to acquire know-how on counseling tools so that they can immediately assume this role, helping our students to solve the problems they face and by extension to help in improving the school climate and environment. By implementing actions to spread and disseminate the knowledge and experience gained, we achieved a multiplicative benefit for our organization. In addition, we hope that as many of our teachers as possible will be inspired and plan future mobilities for the benefit of the members of the school community and for the consolidation of European networking.
The reasons why we applied for participation in the Erasmus+ Program are the following: 1. Continuing our European path, gaining experiences from the European learning and working community 2. Modernization and improvement of the quality of educational methods and acquisition of new skills of our school teachers 3. Vocational training opportunities for our students, especially the most vulnerable and those with the fewest opportunities 4. Changing attitudes and perceptions 5. Contact with European entrepreneurship for our students 6. Improving school dropout
