1) To acquire knowledge, skills and abilities in specific methods and techniques resulting in the improvement of their personal and academic development. 2) To increase their chances of employment in the Greek and European labor market through specialization in the above techniques, contributing to the economic development and social cohesion of the EU. 3) To have the opportunity to get to know different practices in their specialty, as they are applied abroad, and to enrich their knowledge on the subject of their studies. 4) To have the opportunity to create networks of international contacts, which will help them in their subsequent professional development, so that they can exchange good practices or be active professionally in other European countries. 5) To develop their language skills, in a foreign language. 6) To compare laboratory conditions, the know-how as a whole, but also the way of teaching mainly at the practical level in corresponding educational institutions abroad, through practice in real workplaces where they collaborate with graduates or trainees from other countries. 8) To secure recognized knowledge that they will acquire during the program abroad. 9) To get to know the culture of another European country, which experience in general will help to develop the feeling of European citizenship and identity in the participants. 10) To transfer and communicate the special knowledge and skills they have acquired to their fellow trainees and to apply them in their professional and workplaces. 11) To expand the network of European organizations with which our institution cooperates for the exchange of good educational and administrative practices.
Our organization has a relatively small but valuable experience in the Mobility of people in the field of Vocational education and training, which we would like to expand in the field of Strategic Partnerships, Youth and also adult education. By participating in this European program we aimed to include our organization in the European becoming as a valuable and recognizable partner and collaborator in similar networks, so as to achieve one of our main goals of the European Development plan.
