We submitted the proposal in order to develop professional prospects for the smooth integration of the graduates of the 2nd EPAL in the labor market and the strengthening of their European identity. The specialties of our school belong to the tertiary sector of services. Komotini is a remote, remote area of Greece, with a multicultural character and high unemployment rates. Many students at the school come from the Rhodope Mountains and generally from economically and socially disadvantaged families. The prospect of studies in higher education and the possibility of professional development beyond agricultural and technical work is quite low. Mobility programs are a unique opportunity and outlet for the development of our school graduates in a European context. The equal opportunities offered in all schools of the country for the acquisition of this unique European experience is the method and the process for the smooth integration in the labor market of the students of EPAL of our region but also the adoption of the European culture and behavior that moves in a democratic and modern context. The participation of Muslim students and especially girls was a primary goal for opening the "closed" Muslim minority to modernization beyond religions and mentalities and the adoption of a European orientation to the young people of the future. Vocational integration in modern society presupposes European integration, which can be achieved through educational activities such as the Erasmus + mobility programs for EPAL. EPAL can offer modern professional qualifications and skills when, in addition to the theoretical framework of its curriculum, it gives the opportunity of practice and education to students. And when the experience acquires a European dimension and is implemented in Europe, then there is a modernization and the school is transformed into an organization that learns how to "learn".
