Background

The proposed project refers to the mobility of 16 students and 2 accompanying teachers of the "Civil Works, Built Environment and Architectural Design" and "Electrical, Electronics and Automation" fields of the Polygyros Laboratory Center in Lisbon of Portugal for two weeks in April 2020. Due to the pandemic of Covid - 19, the project was delayed by two years and finally took place at the end of February 2022. The students who will be selected will know very good English, will have participated in innovative educational processes of the unit, will be willing to cooperate to achieve the goals of the program. The students of E.K. Polygyros come from agricultural and livestock farming families and from the neighboring areas of Polygyros province, they feel cut off from international educational events, most of them have not traveled abroad. Therefore, all mobility acquires additional dynamics and value for them. Within the framework of the proposed plan, we expect the achievement of multiplier results and benefits, both for the participants and for the agencies involved (sending and receiving).
