We have designed this program to enable our students to gain insight into their of real working conditions and will help them develop skills and skills for their employment. The main priority axis of the plan was the strengthening of the individual and professional profile of students in the area and the strengthening of their entrepreneurship. The general objectives of the program were: - Strengthening knowledge-skills-abilities for their profession - Education and familiarization of students in the understanding of modern business environment. -Practical experience in real business environments -Acquisition of European consciousness. -Development of practical skills that cover the needs of corporate communication development. - Development of communication and transaction applications with customers, suppliers and partners. -Awareness of the modern requirements of the labor market. -Encouraging the creation of new businesses. - Improving foreign languages
The implementation of educational training programs, both in the past and in the future contributes to the creation of a European character of the school, to the development of knowledge and skills of students and in developing a network of partners, such as this is foreseen by the EU and is therefore a dominant goal of the Laboratory Agrinio Center in order to contrib school, adds new knowledge beyond that provided in the school by giving them the possibility of easier integration into the production process, either as workers or as self-employed in small and medium enterprises. The proposed project, with its structure, content and subject matter, covers fully and reinforces individual training, the recognition of work abilities, the knowledge of working conditions and their ability to integrate socially and professionally students, as well as the promotion of collaborations more broadly, within the framework of the European Union and Economic and Labor Globalization. It is a concerted effort aimed at eliminating problems and weaknesses faced by students, entering the labor market, focusing on cutting-edge professions such as the field of Organic farming and technologies of the car, .
