The movement of our students and accompanying teachers abroad will be a very fruitful trip, through which the staff of the 1st EPAL Patras will come into contact with a new working and educational environment, from which they will be able to borrow methods and practices, with which, subsequently, it will enrich the educational process in the classroom, transferring new knowledge and ideas to the students.In this way, we will not only cover the complete lack of practical training, but they will also turn the 1st EPAL of Patras into an institution ready to generously offer its students, future workers, all those supplies that will be useful for them to face with courage and faith the work challenge. In this context, the administration of the 1st EPAL Patras, always in collaboration with its educational staff and the students, participates in European training programs, such as the proposed one, specifically seeking to improve important areas of its operation, such as: - the restructuring of teaching methods and teaching tools, - the recognition and appropriation of new technologies, - the enrichment of the syllabus with appropriate teaching interventions referring to new technologies, - the acquisition of skills on the installation, use and repair of innovative systems. The approval of the education and training program proposed by our organization and its implementation will be the first step of the 1st EPAL Patras with the aim of its "opening" in Europe and its continued participation in corresponding programs that will take place in the future. The participation of the 1st EPAL Patras in the mobility program will give us the opportunity to gain rich experiences, to build relationships of trust and cooperation with institutions and companies of other European Union countries and to develop the "necessary thirst" for our future participation in new programs training. The 1st EPAL of Patras, as an extroverted educational organization, recognizes the new data and conditions prevailing today in its socio-economic environment and seeks to provide high professional education and training services, so that its students can respond to the new flexible and competitive production system. This flexibility of the production system requires frequent monitoring and contact with new technologies, both at the national and pan-European level, where research and development of new technologies is a daily occurrence
