The specific mobility responds both to the goals of the internationalization strategy supported by the Sivitanidios Public School and to the needs of its students and teaching staff, as they arise every year. The implementation of the individual flows aims to: • development of technological knowledge and strengthening of school performance regarding a better and more efficient understanding of natural sciences and new technologies • improving the skills and abilities of teachers and students of the Foundation through familiarization with new technologies • training of teachers in skills development and career counseling in order to properly handle students who face difficulties in educational adjustment and career prospects • development of collaborative learning between students of various VET specialties, through workshops and their placement in companies in foreign institutions • adoption of innovative teaching strategies that can be adopted in the Greek Secondary Education System, in the field of Vocational training
Sivitanidios Public School, as holder of the Mobility Charter, has developed an internationalization strategy, which aims at adopting new methods of teaching and organizing learning, as well as supporting new actions and international collaborations. The improvement of the abilities, the strengthening of staff's and trainees' skills, is considered a necessary condition for upgrading the content of the education and training provided by Sivitanidios Public School. The implementation of the specific flows aims to: • strengthening the skills (entrepreneurial spirit, language and digital skills) of its staff and trainees, • in the creation of appropriate educational conditions for the development of creativity and innovation in Vocational Education, • promoting the equal access of its graduates to the labor market, • in the implementation of modern and attractive learning methods in order to provide equal opportunities for education and training to people who leave their studies prematurely or have a low level of expertise.
