“Don't think outside the box. Think like there is no box.” — Ziad K. Abdelnour With recent developments, our European Union is challenged when it comes to matters of diversity, acceptance, and inclusion. We believe that Europeans can act as a beacon of light, and not only develop our shared values of tolerance and freedom of speech but to also inspire others to see the strength in diversity. This is why the No Box project urges youth workers, youth leaders, and educators to learn more about non-formal educational outdoor programs. Through such programs, we can truly develop new activities and methods that support our toolbox as Europeans: cooperation, social inclusion, and a diverse union. The objectives of No Box are: - To train 30 youth leaders, youth workers and educators from 10 countries, where at least 15 of them are with fewer opportunities - To improve skills and competencies with a focus on inclusion & outdoor methods of 30 participants - To create at least 10 follow-up outdoor programs in the 10 partner countries focused on using non- formal learning for social inclusion. - To create a manual that is consisted from outdoor programs & activity creation examples and guidelines. - To evaluate the progress of participants throughout the whole project with specific evaluation forms for each participant (30), project partner questionnaires (10), YouthPasses (30) - To produce at least two publications and one video that showcases the current project and Erasmus+ as a whole to a wider audience - To raise capacity and competencies of 10 partner organizations for creating & implementing educational outdoor programs
