The idea for Beyond the Comfort Zone came after observing that a high rate of young people tend to be reluctant when it comes to expressing themselves especially when being among people from different cultures, in fear of their judgment. This leads to them being less likely to socialize and exchange ideas. That is why we designed this project aiming to resolve this issue. Beyond the Comfort Zone’s aim was to help participants ‘’open up’’ and learn more about themselves through theatre and improvisation, create strong bonds within the group and collectively enhance their competences Objectives: - Social and civic competence - Communication in the mother tongue and communication in foreign languages -Cultural awareness and expression -Digital competence -Increase participants creativity and artistic skills -To increase youth employability -To face personal and social insecurities, feel a part of a group and be able to express yourself to the fullest
