Objectives

The main AIM of this TC is to stimulate young entrepreneurship and make it fairly accessible to marginalised European youth through increasing standards of business training and promoting mentoring. Our OBJECTIVES are: 1. To provide 7 days training program based on methods of non-formal education which tackles all important stages and moments of creating a startup and making it work and succeed. 2. On parallel to provide our participants with knowledge and techniques how they can repeat the same business training in their communities. 3. To explain the importance of business mentoring and promote it in different ways. 4. To ensure that more European youngsters with fewer opportunities have access to high-quality business training and mentorship. 5. To promote the beauty of cultural and ethnic diversity and stimulate international integration. 6. To highlight the main principles of the Erasmus+ Program and demonstrate a wide range of opportunities it is giving nowadays. The Erasmus+ programme aims to boost skills and employability, as well as modernising Education, Training, and Youth work. Principles and objectives of our KA1 project are aligned with ones of Erasmus+: it will help youngsters to upgrade their entrepreneurial skills, we will use modern tools of non-formal education and stimulate youth work. European youth indeed is seeking to be able to get high-quality business knowledge among the whole variety of information already available. Moreover, it is a lack of business mentors in areas where youth is having more difficult access to education and working opportunities due to cultural, economic and geographical limitations. Our training course intends to take care of such categories and provide youth with proper expert knowledge and skilled adequate startup mentors. This is a 2 in 1 training course: In 7 days our participants will be lead by the professional trainer through the whole process of establishing a project ( or a startup) and making it work. We will begin from having at our course 30 individuals with or without any business ideas and transform them into 5 full teams with a defined business concept and make them ready to start working. Not only our participants will receive training on how to create a company, but they will also learn techniques on how to teach and train others. Every workshop of our TC will have a section where we will provide participants with tips on how they can better deliver the same information they are studying to youngsters and peers in their communities. TC “Academy of entrepreneurship for mentors” will be highly multiplicable - each of the youth workers who attend will be able to repeat it in their community. Thus, our training course is preparing entrepreneurs/business mentors by giving them high-quality training on turning an idea into a successful startup and increasing quality of their youth work.
