The idea of the project “NaturAct” was created during the youth exchange "active U & me", which took place in Krakow in September a year and a half ago, and was developed by project partners during the project "Inclusion of migrants in hosting society" which took place in Greece. Participants during the session on the use of leadership skills in organizing activities for the benefit of the local society began to debate on the effects of natural disasters that affected their countries. Project goals: - educating young people about safety during natural disasters and threats resulting from human mistakes, as well as coping with their effects - strengthening the position of young people and encouraging active participation in social life and solving problems - creating a place for creative work in an international environment - drawing the attention of the inhabitants of the Methoni through the flash mob and city game to the threats of both natural causes and human mistakes, as well as the need for education in this area and the importance and need for active participation in civic life; - impact on local authorities through a direct meeting and passing recommendations regarding actions to solve social problems; - expanding the network of contacts and strengthening cooperation between partner organizations of the project, exchange of "good practices"; - increasing the importance of non-governmental organizations in local communities;
