The project Communi(ty)cation of cultures aims at the following outcomes: • Improvement and enhancement of the employability of young people and their career prospects • Development of their sense of initiative and entrepreneurship • Augmentation of their self-empowerment and self-esteem • Improvement of foreign language competences as well as the use in English and mother tongue • Enhancement of the intercultural awareness; • Active presence in society and democracy • Better awareness of the European project and the EU value • Increased motivation for taking part in future informal learning mobilities • Development of staff, youth workers and professionals involved in education, training and youth, in order to provide better quality of their work and activities in favour of young people, more attractive programmes, in line with their needs and expectations and more effective for the disadvantaged groups.
