Objectives

First, consolidate our long-term strategy based on the adoption of the objectives promulgated by the Erasmus+ programs granted by the EU. Adopt an effective and quality teaching-learning model, in accordance with the latest trends offered by the EU. Turn and open our Center to the rest of the EU, enrich the life of our entire community with the possibilities and benefits of being a citizen of the EU. More specifically, this project has sought and satisfied the demand that we detected from our Community in new cutting-edge teaching methodologies such as "PBL", "Flipped Classroom", Cooperative Learning, Gamification, among others, as well as improving linguistic competence in Languages of the rest of the EU. Secondly, to establish and seek new links and cooperation networks with people, institutions and centers from the rest of the EU, thus creating new synergies to continue our European project. And as we have said previously, to capture and make clear in our Community, in its day-to-day life, and in our ideology, the fortune of belonging to a space such as the EU.

Background

Our San Vicente de Paul Center in Zaragoza has a strong innovative and European vision at the same time. For this reason, we wanted to take advantage of all the potential and means that the European Union offers through this type of project for the benefit of our educational community, more than 400 students. We have already been implementing several Erasmus+ KA1 and KA2 projects in previous years, in addition to currently developing our KA120 accreditation project. In this way, this project represented a further step in the long-term consolidation of our Center as a reference in our educational community, carrying and making our own the values offered by the European Union, while seeking to increase our educational quality, Knowing the latest teaching trends developed in the EU, also favoring and having an impact on the largest number of people in our community and increasing relationships and contact with other centers and people within the European Union. In short, become aware of the possibilities offered by being a citizen of the European Union and all that this entails, bringing these values closer to our students, teachers, non-teaching staff, families, and other communities.
