The objectives to be achieved in this project: • Sensitize teachers to reduce the high rate of early school leaving. • Motivate students and teachers to reduce the dropout rate. • Transmit and share models of good practices from other centers with training in the classrooms of the future. • Update of the center based on new technologies and methodologies that favor motivation. • Adopt new teaching methods to incorporate them into the Center's Multilingual Program. • Provide a European dimension to our center based on new technologies and multilingual programs as new methodologies for education in the 21st century. • Know the origins and causes of abandonment in European centers and how they are dealing with this problem.
In the first place, the project has been requested due to the high rate of early school desertion that exists in secondary and high school institutes, which has been observed jointly by the head of studies and the secondary coordination. From there, the proposal is presented to the Erasmus + team of the IES and it is decided to make a plan that integrates and centralizes the theme and assumes continuity with the projects carried out previously to give them continuity. Later it is slightly modified by all the members, resulting in the project finally presented. The purpose of the project will seek to make the faculty as a whole aware of the problem and initiate ways to reduce it in the medium term.
