The cooperation at the international level allows us to contribute to internationalization and educational quality. With this project, we intended that our staff improve their knowledge on teaching practices and teaching methodologies such as project-based learning and modern language teaching methodologies, knowledge on the use of ICT, management of educational centers, communication in a foreign language, etc. In this way, our center promotes the updating of the teachers' knowledge, which ultimately has a positive impact on the training received by our students.
IES Politécnico Hermenegildo Lanz requested this project with the aim of improving its training and contributing to internationalization and educational quality. In order to prevent our students from dropping out of school and to provide an education regarding to their needs, it is essential that our center and our staff are updated with regard to the cultural and social situation that exists at all times, adapting to the continuous changes in the society. This project is a tool to achieve this, since it allows us to exchange practices with other teachers internationally, learning new teaching practices and updating the training of our teachers.
