We intended to better on th eone hand, our digital competence in order to implement more active and innovating metholodogies in our classes. On the other hand, we had the need to improve teachers' linguistic competence so as to offer a better quality on the subjects we teach in English within our Linguistic Project. In short, revitalize our school by implementing innovating programmes, student exchange; from a European point of view to encourage contacts with European institutions and motivate teacher exchange in other European schools.
We applied for this project after several needs arose from a form we did in order to see what type of training we need as a staff and individually so as to included in our Trainig Plan.Every year we do this form and form there we trace lines of formation, then we decide to form ourselves online, face-to-face with seminars or courses. That year wew had the need to be trained digitally and linguistically, so we thought to apply for an E+ project to get this aims. The vast majority of teachers need to oupdate and master the use of ICT tools, new methodologies and applied them to assessments, as well as be aware of internet safety and data protection.
