IES Clara Campoamor Rodríguez (before IES Parque Goya) is a state secondary school located in Zaragoza (Spain), created in 2009 in the Parque Goya district, a new neighbourhood with high rates of population growth. The school carries out a bilingual programme in English and a one-to-one computing programme, which was implemented progressively in all levels in the last years. The school's European development plan detected several aspects to be reinforced: methodologies related to bilingualism, active methodologies to use with 1:1 devices, the internationalization of the school and skills related to intecultural education and European citizenship.
