Background

This project was aimed to make students aware of the need of speaking foreign languages in an European context and the opportunities which it provides them with. Many of our students had geographical, socioeconomic and learning difficulties which make difficult for them to travel abroad Students would be able to get immersed in a real languages learning process by the implementation of this project and they would have more job opportunities. These students were a new challenge and we had to react to their learning rhythm, level, interests, and to improve their motivation. Therefore, we decided to work on active methodologies, foster Project Based Methodologies and to improve the special needs to reduce school's failure. We designed a sustainable school's project which fostered inclusion and which included Non linguistic bilingual teachers in order to improve CLIL and Project Based Methodology at school. Finally, we wanted to make students aware of the need to improve their nearby environment and to preserve nature. We decided to include job shadowing at experts schools in order to improve in these areas.
