Background

Our center serves families with a medium-low economic level, 20% of its students require special educational needs and up to 37% require educational compensation, due to difficulties in school insertion, being in an unfavorable situation, derived from social circumstances, economic, cultural, ethnic or personal. In this context, our center undertakes a process of change in our Educational Project, seeking a more innovative inclusive methodological approach, which improves the quality of teaching-learning processes and responds to the current needs of students and society itself. This process of change is integrated into the European Development Plan and is connected to the need for internationalization and training development by teaching staff, aimed at improving organizational, methodological and didactic skills, as well as technological and digital ones. . For this reason, this project was requested and observational learning was proposed in schools spread over various European countries that would allow us intense contact with the centers and the exchange of good practices.
