1. For the school: that our teachers acquire the best skills and the best possible continuous training, which will benefit our students. In short, to give an answer to the student of the future (through our teachers) and provide him with the tools so that he can function personally, humanly and professionally in an increasingly globalized world. -For teachers: - Prepare trainers for a global context. -Introduce new perspectives in the teaching-learning processes. -Share good practices within the CLIL methodology to improve the linguistic competence of students. -Consolidate the European dimension. -Enhance competence in English. -New technologies for language learning. 3. For managers: share ideas and needs with other European colleagues. 4. For families: greater continuity and loyalty of students in the center. 5. For students: increase their level of linguistic competence in English, to become future competitive professionals who consider that the use of new technologies, together with the knowledge of foreign languages, are essential for their academic training and employability.
This project has been requested basically to help respond to the needs of our students' families, especially with regard to the teaching of English as a foreign and vehicular language. We understand that the continuous training of our English teachers, especially those who work in the bilingual section, will provide added value to meet the expectations that families and students have in this regard. This action will have a positive impact on the teachers participating in the mobility in the first place. Next, it will be the students and their families who will benefit from the objectives achieved by these participating teachers. Thirdly, we believe that these two actions together will result in a school with higher quality and more open to other educational initiatives and experiences carried out in other European areas.
