The objectives of our center to participate in this project are based on improving the training of teachers in the three axes of our center educational project: 1) A multilingual and multicultural education that allows our students to be better prepared for the European society in which we live. 2) The improvement of coexistence, a clear commitment to educate inclusively attending to diversity from a close and very human perspective. 3) The optimization of the use of ICT within the school environment, as well as the dissemination of the center's educational project through social networks and our website.
Our center has already successfully participated in the actions of the Erasmus + program KA102, KA103 and KA229, we wanted to extend participation in the Erasmus + project to the teaching teams of the ESO and Baccalaureate educational stage. ESO and Baccalaureate students have traditionally participated in exchanges with the United Kingdom, Ireland, France and Germany, organized by the center's English and French departments, and we have established a very close relationship with teachers and among students. We wanted to take advantage of this previous experience to carry out a teacher training project in the 3 basic lines of work of our center and transform it into an educational community of the future, open to the outside, with teaching in different languages, using ICT tools and revaluing the culture of coexistence, minimizing conflicts between students and school failure.
