Initially we requested the project, because as a result of a process of rethinking education around innovation, and an initiative of the Marist schools to renew themselves pedagogically, we saw the need to train ourselves, and also to observe how work is done in other schools and countries. The will of our team of teachers is to be trained in order to improve the way in which we teach and to better help our students in their learning process. Having participated in other KA1 projects, we are aware that it is a tool that allows teachers to grow and improve many areas of the school, since it allows us to learn about other realities, receive training, interact with schools from all over Europe, and it helps us get out from our comfort zone.
