Objectives

- Need for educational coherence in the school, since we are incorporating different active methodologies for a process of educational renovation of Montesori . Due to the mobilities, the skills of the students will be improved by training teachers to apply, integrate and organize a common line of action. The first objective therefore is to improve the quality of teaching of the center's teachers. - Virtual learning open to Europe, being aware of and researching new ICT tools to have a fluid competence in the integration of new technologies within the educational process. - Student loyalty. Through training in innovation we intend to provide the center with added value to be a reference in Salamanca. Our center must make an effort to be open to the new reality that is being applied in the classrooms of all centers due to multiculturalism, diversity and educational innovation.

Background

In Montessori we continually strive to develop projects that are innovative and that show the international character of the school. Our desire is to open up to Europe and in fact there are several exchange projects with students and teachers in different parts of Europe: exchange with Lyceé Diderot in Langres, exchange with South Burlington High School, London Language Experience getaway... We participate in various European programs such as Euroescola, Ciceronianum program, continuously promoting immersion and practice in foreign languages as well as familiarization with the European Union and its educational activity. Despite having a marked international character, we have found it necessary to expand contacts with a greater number of European countries in order to be able to implement certain aspects necessary for our center. After carrying out an extensive study, we detected a need that could be covered with the Erasmus + program: - Search for successful models from Europe. - Need for teacher training to improve coherence in the center. - Implement new skills in the classroom to open up to Europe, new technology and methodologies
