When the project was requested, the objectives were: -Improve the English language skills of the teaching staff, since they need to reach a C1 in the next courses. -Learn new methodological approaches that improve and expand the different methodologies used in our center, since we are committed to cooperative work and the use of new technologies. -Promote the opening of our center to Europe.
This project was requested due to the need to develop and improve the work and functioning of our staff in the center. It is intended to contribute to the continuous training of our teaching staff. In addition, these international training projects provide an improvement to the center through the personal enrichment of the teaching staff that is transmitted to the rest of the faculty and permeates the entire educational community. This project also aims to improve the motivation and satisfaction of the teaching staff and, in turn, of the students. International openness favors this improvement and increases the motivation to learn new ways of working.
