Background

The CAFI's strategic lines of action include the promotion of the professional development of teachers and the collaboration with schools in all the processes that involve methodological improvements, innovative actions or correction of the weaknesses detected. With this consortium, CAFI has tried to support small schools whose reduced staff or socio-economic context makes it difficult for them to participate in Erasmus+ programmes. Another of the CAFI's lines of action is to encourage collaboration between educational communities of different educational levels. The CAMINE consortium schools share not only a geographical area, but also concerns in the field of coexistence, a common need for openness to the outside world and an interest in generating new dynamics of collaboration between schools and the local community. These schools have set themselves the objective of making their respective educational communities more dynamic by creating new projects involving teachers, pupils, families and various types of local organisations. The participation in this project is a way to train their teachers in the design and development of projects at a local, national or international level.
