Background

The Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports of Castilla-La Mancha was in charge of executing education policies at all levels in the region of Castilla-La Mancha. Among its numerous objectives was the internationalization of the schools, an objective developed and implemented through the Multilingualism Department, of the General Directorate of Educational Inclusion and Programs. That is why, since the Call for proposals of the Erasmus+ 2017 program, our Ministry was actively involved in the coordination of the Erasmus+ consortium projects. Likewise, this project intended to respond to the great training demand of teachers who work bilingual and multilingual projects, to the need for training in linguistic and digital competence and active work methodologies, and to the need to create spaces that favor the active participation of the students in the teaching-learning process. The main goal of the project was to create renewed learning scenarios following the classroom model of the future.
