It is essential for us to look for strategies of organization and management in the relations with students, to maintain a coexistence that also allows to achieve positive results in the self-evaluation and improvement of the Centre, labor insertion and entrepreneurship. In this project, we have carried out an exchange of the "good practices" that each visited centre develops within its different plans and projects which have an impact on the school improvement and development of the students key competences. We have also performed comparative analysis of the tools, resources and strategies carried out in educational centres belonging to the European Union. This fact has given to us a new dimension and enrichment. We also managed to motivate teaching staff and students, increasing the interest in developing an international professional future.
