Objectives

The goal was to improve the permanent training of the staff working at our centre (training focused on the use of new technologies and Project-Based Learning), to continue and actively participate in innovation projects and in the pedagogical renovation of the centre. More concretely: - The need to innovate methodologically. Incorporate the knowledge acquired in our PEC as part of the methodological Innovation Plan and European Development Plan. - Our interest is in starting to enrich international relationships, which can create ties with other professionals with similar interests and concerns, and bring new types of collaboration that could also incorporate our students. - To Improve linguistic competence while incorporating interculturality in our everyday educational practice, in order to introduce Europe to our students whilst forming part of welcoming centres for European visitors.

Background

Despite our short history, our school is committed to being an active part of the pedagogical transformation needed by 21st-century schools. At the time of applying for the project, the Educational Project (PEC) included the implementation of the TAC program (Plan for the development of technologies for learning and communication). The internationalisation of the centre allowed us to find new experiences to improve the use of ICT, especially in the Google environment, and promote critical and constructive thinking in students based on project-based learning. Project-Based Learning is our main goal and for this, the training of our professionals in structured courses will ensure enrich our methods and tools programmes backed by the experience of the European schools and their advisers.
