This project has been carried out requested by the German Department, given its interest in improving the teaching techniques of the four teachers which work in this dept., as well as improving the German language proficiency of the applicant teachers. The ultimate goal is to offer our students more communicative teaching, with more workshops, with a more active and interesting methodology for students. At the last minute, as one of the teachers was unable to attend the course due to family problems, and we have no one else in the German Department, the Department of English was offered the possibility of looking for a CLIL course, an this opportunity that was seized by one of the teachers.
This project has been requested in order to take advantage of the opportunity offered to us to get closer to excellence from the point of view of language teaching, to improve the linguistic competences of teachers, to take advantage of the use of the NNTT in the classroom, to enhance the European identity of our teachers, among many other factors, all of them very enriching.
