The objectives we wanted to achieve with this "Quality across Europe" project through structured training courses and job shadowing in Finland, Iceland and Hungary were the following: - Implement the personal and professional development of our teachers. - Encourage the participation of our staff in activities to acquire a greater degree of Europeanism and internalization of our school - Acquire new teaching methods to improve the educational quality of our school and motivate our students. - Improve the technological skills of our teachers by promoting the use of ICTs. - Provide new tools that allow us to continue growing in the implementation of bilingual education in all educational stages - Promote the development of linguistic skills in other European languages and increase the percentage of teachers and management staff at our center to a B2 level of English. - Learn about different European educational systems that are at the forefront of European education - Reduce the school dropout rate of our center in the post-compulsory stages
Our school has been clearly committed to internationalization for several years as a way of improving educational quality, and the management team, the European programs team and the bilingualism department created a strategic modernization plan based on our European development plan with a long-term strategy to achieve the quality we want for our center and that is why we have requested this project. Among what has been intended in this project has been; - Update our methodology and skills of our teaching staff - Increased foreign language skills - Promotion of European mobility through exchanges and mobility programs - Promote pro-European development based on equity and values Finally, it should be underlined that we consider lifelong learning to be fundamental, which encourages continuous updating of both theoretical and practical knowledge, as well as teaching methods and skills, especially from the linguistic point of view and the use of new technologies in our teaching staff, which will have an impact on our students and throughout the educational community.
