The main goal of this project is to provide our teachers with access to quality professional development courses, including colleagues in the bilingual section and administrators who also serve as teachers in our school. Specifically, the training in which we have participated dealt with CLIL, STEM, robotics, and coding. Through the enrichment of our teaching practices, we want to take the academic performance of our students to the next level.
This project originates from the need of our school, following our strategy stated in our European Development Plan, to provide quality professional development for our teachers in the school's bilingual section, in the robotics program, as well as our administrator teachers, on some innovative methodologies while the participants update or improve their linguistic competence in English, the language of instruction in our bilingual program.
