IES F. Ribalta designed a KA101 project to palliate the needs our institution had after having evaluated our school by means of a SWOT matrix: social inclusion, new methodologies and plurilinguism. In order to prepare the project, we set up a committee formed by the 29 partipants of the project and we also organised an Erasmus seminar which dealt with all the management matters. The committee was divided in different subcommittees which focused on specific matters such as mobilities, documents, financial management, impact, dissemination, assessment and quality. We were granted four mobilities. We selected the participants, chose three courses and one job shadowing which would help our school achieve the proposed goals.The mobilities have been carried out in 2022 once the pandemic situation has let us. The evaluation of the four mobilities has been highly positive. The dissemination of the mobilities has had a big impact on our school community because it has enrichened our students, the participants, teachers and parents. The dissemination of the activities has been done with actions such as webpages, social media, personal blogs, seminars, lectures, articles and meetings with local and educational authorities among others.
