1º For teachers in our school, to facilitate them the continuous formation and training in developing linguistic skills to implement and maintain the bilingualism in our school , by participating in English courses. Improve the innovation and pedagogical updating of teachers to apply it in daily teaching practice and share their experiences with the rest of the faculty members. 3º Improve the school in general with the observation periods of teachers in other schools, seeing how things are done in other European countries and try to improve how we do things here. Last but not least, to increase and maintain our network of European contacts.
To attain four of the objectives of our European development plan: - as the first line of action we have innovation and pedagogical updating - as a second line of action we have the implementation and maintenance of bilingualism and multilingualism in our school - as a third line of action we have the improvement of teacher training through observation and jobshadowing in other European institutions. - the fourth line of action is the maintenance and improvement of European partner networks;
