Objectives

Updating is a requirement of our profession if we want to adapt to a context in a constant process of change and increasingly plural. The present has reminded us that being prepared to adapt to any circumstance and ICT has a fundamental role. The Classroom can be the stage to incorporate ICT and doing so, in a European key, brings added value. The second objective is to fight against failure and early school leaving and promote equality and equity through new inclusive and innovative methodologies. Secondary groups have low levels of motivation and high absenteeism, so motivated and prepared teachers are needed to reduce school failure. The observation of new methodologies will update our educational values and contribute to knowing other European models by acquiring new didactic strategies. The third objective is to internationalize the secondary and baccalaureate section and give us a European dimension in education. The fourth is to prepare the institute for multilingualism and the fifth to consolidate and apply new strategies for the organization of teaching and learning for which it is necessary to know other procedures.

Background

The world in which we live has reminded us that we must be prepared to adapt to any circumstance and for this we need to broaden our horizons and observe the good practices not only of our national colleagues, but also of colleagues from other European countries. To do this, we have requested a project in which there are 13 mobilities that result in the implementation of various objectives so that we can adapt with flexibility and perspective to the new demands created by the evolution of society and the educational system. Therefore, we consider it essential to continue working to expand our knowledge of ICT tools, which are essential for teaching practices and also to educate students in their proper use. In addition, we want to improve the motivation of the students, the methodological quality, a quality start-up of multilingualism and favor inclusion and integration.
