By carrying out this project, our teachers have been able to improve: their language competence, the use of new technologies, more experience in new methodologies and continue advancing in coeducation. The challenge of getting the proposed objectives not only benefits the participants, but the rest of the teaching staff by sharing experiences, the new material and resources learnt or given in the movilities, and the students, since acquiring more experience and training by teachers increases their motivation and preparation which has a direct impact on the students. It has also meant opening the school to Europe, taking on account that it has been achieved during its development, to include students in the erasmus experience throughout 2 new K229 projects, which are being executed. Moreover, the school website has been updated due to the innovation team's effort and the dissemination of the project has been possible thanks to this as well. The school has advanced in its internationalization and now Erasmus Plus projects are part of our daily routines and all the school community has taken part in different activities pproposed by the Erasmus team , which is a goal that was not thought at the beginning of the project.
."Highway to Europe" (HTE) has been requested to promote the emergence and awareness of an European area of lifelong learning, designed to support the modernisation of our school educational system , our training and the dissemination of good practices. Once we have gathered and evaluated the different projects that we are carrying out and confronted with the objectives, we detect the following needs:1- To improve our English and French teachers' communicative competences in order to develop our bilingual and CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning) projects the cooperation with other European schools . 2- To know, deeper and improve the use of new technologies and different methodologies in the school context. 3- To promote a balanced self-concept, avoiding the assignment of roles, stereotypes, values and sexist behaviors, promoting in teachers a process of reflection and training in coeducation.4-To improve the website so that it is in accordance with our Innovation Plan, since it has become obsolete and adapt it to nowadays requests, being more dynamic and functional as mean of disemination of all our projects, specially the Erasmus ones..
