The analysis of the needs of our school is the starting point to consider different initiatives and actions that will meet the several challenges (both educational and sociable) we are confronting. Thus, once the centre is opened to the outside thanks to the participation in international programmes, and taking into account the analysis of the results reached in the first year of the implementation of the European actions, we believe that we must continue insisting on various points: - To increase the participation of the families in order to get and guarantee school success. - To reduce early school leaving by enhancing educational inclusion. - To consolidate the process of internationalisation of the school with new mobility activities. - To improve the process of primary-to-secondary school transition with the primary schools assigned to us. Moreover, as for the school staff, we wanted to foster an improvement in the evaluation and training in methodological cooperative learning as well as in inclusive education and basic competences and to improve the linguistic competences in foreign languages. We also wanted to reduce inequalities in the access and participation of the students in digital technologies as well as to improve their linguistic competences.
After our first participation on the Erasmus + 2028 call in which we were able to design a European Development Plan that allowed us, for the first time in our institution, to pick and organize different initiatives and ideas with the aim of improving the process of teaching-learning within the framework of different European initiatives, on this second call we want to consolidate the strategy of internationalisation of our school based on the impact that the mobility activities are having in our institution.
