Our operational objectives are: 1.- Improve the academic performance of our students. 2.- Improve the satisfaction of students, teachers and families with the process of teaching action. 3.- Increase the number of subjects and courses that use PBL methodology, at least one time in the course. 4.- Increase the number of "projects" (PBL) documented and passed to the schedules. 5.- Increase collaboration synergies with the project partner.
The project was requested in 2019. In that year the center had established a clear teacher training strategy. One of the priorities was to improve the academic performance of our students and one of the means to achieve this is the methodological change towards learning situations where the student is the center of the educational process. In addition, a motivated, active and well-prepared teaching staff is important to face the challenges of education. In addition, without forgetting that we need to learn not only from our immediate environment, but also internationally, visiting other schools and receiving high-level training. On the other hand, it is important to master multilingual linguistic competence, which allows us to access more information in other languages. Finally, the project has been adapting to the world reality of these last three years and we have managed to comply with what was designed, updating the actions carried out to the reality that we have had to live and overcoming the obstacles encountered. Finally, we have resumed our training actions and remain active and committed to improving education. These years we have found new challenges and this project has helped.
