The objectives that were contemplated and have been achieved to a large extent are: 1. To improve the digital competence of the teaching staff in order to prepare materials and learn about how to use resources with which to attend the existing diversity in the school. 2. Improve the linguistic competence of teachers in foreign languages, mainly English and French, in order to establish contact with other educational systems and interact with other education professionals, incorporating this learning into the existing multilingual programs at the center. 3. Development of inclusive and learning methodologies that make it possible to accommodate all types of students within our center, encouraging their participation and interest in their learning process. 4. Knowledge and training in methodologies and educational resources that promote sustainable and ecological development, equality among individuals and protection of the environment. 5. Sensitize students regarding the protection of their environment, responsible consumption and proper use of polluting energy sources as well as promoting the use within the center of renewable energy sources.
The main reasons why we requested this project have been the following: 1. Improve the communicative skills of teachers in foreign languages, as one of the necessities in our school is related to the teacher training process in language skills in order to participate in multilingual teaching programs. 2. Improve the digital competence of teachers and, consequently, of students, throughout the development of educational resources and management of digital tools that allow the development of a more heterogeneous learning process. 3. Know the use and management of ICT in other European educational systems, in order to pay attention to the two previous issues and interact with other teachers. 4. Develop inclusive techniques and methodologies, with which to respond to greater social, gender, economic, race, religious diversity and other aspects corresponding to today's society. 5. Implement and develop techniques and action protocols in order to develop an updated program
