When we wrote this project we were aware of the shortcomings we had regarding evaluation. We saw that it was necessary to write a project to train different teachers on these issues and that they in turn train the rest of the faculty in order to improve the quality of the education that we offer. Given the need for improvement that we encountered, we wanted to group our needs into 3 blocks: Quality guarantee; Research and innovation and Quality Improvement and/or Methodology. Once these blocks have been located, we set ourselves a series of associated objectives: Teacher and student self-assessment; Evaluation of the teaching-learning process; Evaluation of methodologies implemented in our center; Personalized learning and assessment; Project Based Learning Assessment; Evaluation of processes by the management team of the center. Throughout the drafting of the project we wanted to look for mobilities that would respond to the objectives. With all the mobilities of this project made, the School has improved its way of evaluating and therefore has improved the quality of the education that we offer. All thanks to this project and the help received from the European Union.
After carrying out a major methodological restructuring in the center, it was very important to learn how to evaluate these changes. It makes no sense to change the methodologies without changing the evaluation model and that is why we carried out this project. We carried out a first Erasmus project where we enriched ourselves with various active methodologies, observing and adapting the conclusions to the reality that we live in our center.
