Objectives

As teachers, we want to train ourselves, and train our students, in a common European framework, preparing them to face the challenge of building together a better global society, in which to develop their abilities. Therefore, the priority objectives of the project are: - Promote the international dimension of the centre and the European identity of the educational community by promoting the participation of the centre in European projects. - Introduce active teaching and learning methodologies in all educational stages of the centre. - Improve the foreign language competence of students, teachers and administration and services staff. - Provide students with educational needs with an adequate and quality response that allows them to achieve the greatest personal and social development, within an inclusive environment. - Reduce absenteeism and early school leaving.

Background

Globalization is changing society and educational centres must carry out a deep reflection on how to face the challenges and respond to the new demands that society demands. From our daily reality, we promote an inclusive, comprehensive and values education, but from the management team of the centre a reflection on our weak and strong points is proposed with the purpose of promoting an improvement in the quality of our teaching and responding to the continuous changes of our society. From the reflection and analysis of strengths and weaknesses, the need arises to carry out an internationalization project of the centre as the backbone to advance in the improvement of the key competences and lines of action that Europe demands. That is why it was deemed necessary to participate in the Erasmus+ programme to open doors and enrich ourselves with European cultural, social and educational diversity.
