The stated objectives are: 1. Methodological and didactic skills. a. Broaden our horizons by Europeanizing methodological and didactic training. b. Participate in international research courses and observations, to enrich our knowledge and practices with the shared enthusiasm/ (spirit) of reciprocity of educational exchange. c. Learn and put into practice innovative methodologies provided by experts. 2. CLIL training. a. Improve CLIL training in our multilingual Secondary Education programs. b. Update competence in foreign languages in real contexts of linguistic immersion. 3. ICT training and digital innovation. a. Encourage the adoption of a proactive role by teachers in the management of ICT. b. Promote the improvement of teaching digital competence to stimulate educational innovation. 4. Scientific training: a. Access to scientific training through networks. b. Promote the STEAM approach as an interdisciplinary stimulus for scientific, artistic and technological education. 5. Good practices in school management. a. Observing how other educational centers are being managed. b. Comparing realities and exchanging good practices on the management of European centers.
Regarding to our strategic plan and our School Educational Project, we have as main strategic line, being a center of reference referring to quality and innovation, apart from fostering the European dimension of education. In this context, this project was requested to achieve our objectives of continuous improvement, innovation and internationalization. Therefore, a preliminary needs analysis was carried out to improve our organization. These needs were taken into account so as to set a series of objectives to be reached that are shown in the following section. In this respect, it is necessary to learn from others, watch how they work and take training courses that will allow us this improvement and implementation in our educational center, and this could be included in our curricular programs and our didactic, educational practices so as to improve our teaching and learning processes. We want to focus ourselves to improve in two areas, which are: * Academic area (teaching/learning): teaching practice, methodologies, planning, tools, pedagogy, didactics and content. * Management area: school organization, plans and programmes, resources, innovation and methods and open center activities
