The main objectives set for the project have been achieved, based on the following results: - the incorporation to the Annual General Programming of new methodologies with which multidisciplinary projects will be elaborated, with the participation of different didactic departments, fundamentally Spanish and English - the greater motivation of teachers when introducing new pedagogical tools in their methodology - the greater motivation of the students to be able to be an active part of the teaching-learning process - the greater internationalization and European dimension of the school However, the scope of these objectives has been greatly reduced by the pandemic, which has prevented the vast majority of planned mobilities from taking place.
Our Project aim is to give an answer to the needs analysis carried out by both the Management and the Pedagogical Committee of the School in order to improve the motivation and results of our students. Job Shadowing mobilities to one highschool in Greece and four structured courses in Italy and Portugal are the mobilities we managed to achieve. Most of the planned mobilities were not done due to the pandemic restrictions. In the short term, a small impact can be foreseen in the whole educational community, bearing in mind that Organizational and Management Documents are to be transformed so that they can be adapted to the new methodological orientation. This new methodology will definitely enhance the Internationalization Plan targeted in the European Development Plan of our School. And in the long term, this will improve the European dimension of Education, capabilities of students and quality Education. To sum up, the whole plan will help teachers and students motivation, it will improve the school resutls and reduce school drop-outs in accordance with Brussels2020 objectives.
