Given that the needs of our project are focused on the improvement of multilingualism, permanent teacher training, inclusive education and attention to students with special educational needs, we believe that the objectives of this project are: - Improve teachers' competence in foreign languages to teach non-linguistic subjects. - Establish contacts for future associations and mobility projects with other European centers. - Train the rest of the teaching staff with the acquired knowledge and experiences through mobility. - Provide continuity to the mobility project launched in the previous year. - Innovate in terms of attention to diversity methodologies. - Share good practices regarding this matter.
Based on the center's strategic plan, the need for training in multilingualism and the improvement in foreign language training in English were detected, an aspect of important weight in the center's multilingual plan. The main objective of the project can be summarized as follows: implement multilingualism in the center through the teaching of non-linguistic subjects in a foreign language, through the use of new technologies. In order to achieve the objectives, it was deemed convenient on the one hand to incorporate the teaching staff that had already participated in European activities (Comenius, Erasmus, eTwinning) and to involve staff from all stages to ensure an impact at all stages. On the other hand, there was a need to train the team of teachers on inclusion, anticipating the application of the new regional regulations.
