The main aims of our project were: - To promote the acquisition and development of the language skills of the school staff. - To improve the professional practice of staff. - To find capable teams which manage efficiently future mobilities or new European cooperation projects. - To promote the quality, innovation and the internationalization of our school.
Our school considers that the complete development of the Multilingualism Program is very important. In order to achieve this, we need to have qualified staff, with the basic qualifications required by the regional Government, to be able to participate in this Program with the appropriate. It is also necessary that the school staff learn new methodological approaches and acquire new learning tools to enable them to improve the quality of education. By making it innovative and motivating, we will achieve an increase in the level of motivation for both teachers and students alike. This will improve the skill level of students. These were some of the main reasons why we decided to carry out this project, to improve the linguistic skills of our teachers in several educational fields and to learn new methodological approaches and acquire new learning tools, specifically to the use of ICT in education, or creative methodologies for the acquisition of key competences.
