In terms of the objectives we set ourselves: - That our students complete their training in companies in Europe. - Establish a better mechanism for the management and quality of internationalization projects for the training of students and teachers. - Involve new teachers to improve the level of aptitude and their linguistic and professional competences in order to increase their mobility opportunities. - Apply for KA120 accreditation - To enhance the international dimension of education and training in order to increase the attractiveness of students to our institute, we give our students the opportunity to go abroad and to learn about other cultures, as we proposed in our European Development Plan.
We have requested this project because a high percentage of the students of our center come from rural areas, and have not had contact with other cities and have not even left the region of Toledo. Also the unemployment in the area makes Erasmus a good option for these students to travel and practice what they have learned outside Spain. As for the needs of the students: to improve their professional, linguistic and social skills. And this can be achieved through training practices abroad. In addition, the European curriculum has acquired in recent years a remarkable importance in the incorporation of vocational training students to the working world.
