Our goal has been to improve the following basic sections: - Students can carry out 3-month internships in companies abroad, thus improving their professional future. Students will also meet people of similar age and background, taking advantage of peer learning. - Teachers can carry out training in companies abroad using this knowledge to improve its application in the classroom. -Promote digital skills and values such as equity, inclusion and the principle of non-discrimination. - Increase participants' awareness and understanding of other cultures and countries. - Students can acquire skills to face the challenges they will encounter in their daily lives. They will be trained from another perspective, all of which is basic to promote entrepreneurship and consolidate programs such as 'Urrats Bat' in our institute, which is a program aimed at entrepreneurship for our students. - Systematize the tasks of planning and managing international projects to facilitate the work of the internationalization department and increase the number and quality of mobilities carried out in the following Erasmus calls.
Internationalization is described as a strategic objective not only for our UNI EIBAR-ERMUA institute, but it is also contemplated in the fifth Basque vocational training plan. It is written in the educational plan of the college and in the annual plan. Therefore this project has been requested to further develop this strategic objective.
