Background

IES La Granja has a vast experience in Erasmus+ that contributed to consolidate our European Development Plan and integration of the program into our curricullum. Nevetheless we keep detecting educational weaknesses in our community, that need to be overcome by participating in Erasmus+, as effective resource to work towards excellence in our educational processes and methods. Our school is in Jerez de la Frontera in an area known as "La Granja", a low-middle class area where people and families with diverse social- cultural background and economical level live toguether. This diversity is reflected in the number of national students and immigrants studying in our school. Management of this diversity is an important challenge and goal for our educational community, as well as offering our students and teachers a training program that gives opportunities to all on equal terms.
