Objectives

IES Cartuja, with its objective of continuing the process of internationalization of education in the short and long term, proposed this Erasmus+ Vocational Training project, with the OBJECTIVE of improving the personal and professional knowledge and skills of students, management staff, Administration staff and the center's teaching staff, as well as promoting job opportunities for students and their job placement. For this new project we specifically identified two SPECIFIC NEEDS: - achieve more effective relationships with the companies in which our students do their internships, and - improve the employability of students, especially those who, because they are Diverse, have special difficulties. Given that these needs are present in every Vocational Training organization, we set ourselves the goal of discovering in what other ways the rest of Europe is dealing with them.
