- Improving the English linguistic competence of participants. - Increasing the participant possibilities to find a job. - Learning new tools and methodologies. We hope that the teacher involved modernize our vocational Training courses disseminating new educational tools and methodologies acquired in their job-shadowing mobilities. - Reinforcing our partnership. Projects reinforce coordinator personal relationships and make easy to participate in new projects even in Strategic Associations.
We have applied for this project due to the following reasons: - Spreading our internationalization path. Up to 2019, our institution had participated in Scholar mobilities for students. This is the first time our institution participates in VET mobilities for students. We needed to enforce our courses offering the opportunity of providing an international competence to our students, improving their linguistic competence and their possibilities to find a job. - Increasing the number of future students in our courses. Participating in Erasmus+ Programme gives a lot of advantages to participants so more students will enroll at our school. - Modernizing our Vocational Training Courses. Job-shadowings offer the opportunity of learning new tools and methodologies. We can be a school with a more attractive Vocational Courses offer.
