The objectives that the consortium wants to carry out with this project can be classified into different areas and distinguish between students and teachers. Based on the specific objectives set by the Erasmus+ program in the field of education and training, youth, such as, among others: improving the level of aptitudes and key competences, promote the emergence and awareness of a European area and improve the level of key skills and competences of young people. In short, value the fact that it means for students and teachers to be able to take advantage of the European environment to develop professionally and socially. - The objectives of the students: Carry out part of the internship in a company while they are studying. It is part of the FCT module established in the curriculum. -In the workplace: Improve professional competence. It is necessary for students to acquire the necessary skills to be able to see the European sphere as an accessible option. -In the linguistic field: Transmit information clearly, in an orderly, structured, clear and precise manner and show interest in communicating with other European countries using a vehicular language of communication between members. -In the social sphere: Develop the social skills necessary to move around the European sphere. - The objectives of the teachers: Carrying out the internships in observation periods (Job-shadowing) in the ITC Amichi counterpart vocational training center in Cúneo and reception centers, the aim is to improve the organization in the field of teaching and learning. Get to know new tools, teaching methods and verify integration into the world of work. Improve management skills.
This project is the continuation of a similar project in the two previous courses 2017-2019. The project is requested based on needs that are largely determined by the region where the consortium is located. The consortium was created because the centers that are grouped in it have few resources to be able to present them individually. The region is mainly agricultural and with little business fabric in the service sector. For us as vocational training centers, it is difficult to see how the students who finish their studies cannot be integrated into that business fabric. The student therefore has to, on the one hand, improve their skills to apply for job offers in the environment that are presented to them and, on the other hand, understand that their job offer is the territory Europe, where it can be just as competitive. Taking as a reference the positive results of the projects carried out by the coordinator of the consortium, the IES Ruta de la Plata, in the K2 category and verifying the obtaining of the objectives set, opens the possibility of providing a solution to a series of needs detected in the field of vocational training through the K1-102 project.
